國際(ji)上對(dui)復合化機(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)尚無明(ming)確定義,正處于(yu)創新發展之(zhi)中。復合加(jia)(jia)工(gong)又(you)叫完(wan)全加(jia)(jia)工(gong)、多功能(neng)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)。早期曾將加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心稱為(wei)復合加(jia)(jia)工(gong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)。但是隨著復合加(jia)(jia)工(gong)技術的(de)不斷發展與進(jin)步,復合加(jia)(jia)工(gong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)與以前所(suo)稱的(de)復合加(jia)(jia)工(gong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)床(chuang)有了本質上的(de)區(qu)別。

車銑復合加工機床的運動包括銑刀旋轉、工件旋轉、銑刀軸向進給和徑向進給四個基本運動。依據工件旋轉軸線與刀具旋轉軸線相對位置的不同,車銑復合加工主要可分為軸向車銑加工、正交車銑加工以及一般車銑加工。其中軸向車銑和正交車銑是應用范圍最廣泛的兩類車銑加工方法。
軸向車(che)銑(xian)(xian)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)由于銑(xian)(xian)刀與(yu)工(gong)(gong)件的旋轉軸線相互(hu)平(ping)行(xing),因(yin)此(ci)它(ta)不(bu)但可(ke)以(yi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)外(wai)圓(yuan)柱表(biao)面,也可(ke)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)內(nei)(nei)孔(kong)(kong)表(biao)面。正交(jiao)車(che)銑(xian)(xian)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)由于銑(xian)(xian)刀與(yu)工(gong)(gong)件的旋轉軸線相互(hu)垂(chui)直(zhi),在內(nei)(nei)孔(kong)(kong)直(zhi)徑較(jiao)小時它(ta)不(bu)能(neng)對內(nei)(nei)孔(kong)(kong)進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong),但在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)外(wai)圓(yuan)柱表(biao)面時由于銑(xian)(xian)刀的縱(zong)向行(xing)程不(bu)受限制,且(qie)可(ke)以(yi)采用較(jiao)大的縱(zong)向進(jin)給,因(yin)此(ci),在加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)外(wai)圓(yuan)柱表(biao)面時效率較(jiao)高。
