數控加工有下列優點:
①大量減(jian)少工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)數量,加(jia)工(gong)(gong)形狀(zhuang)復雜(za)的零件(jian)不需要(yao)(yao)復雜(za)的工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)。如要(yao)(yao)改變零件(jian)的形狀(zhuang)和(he)尺(chi)寸,只需要(yao)(yao)修(xiu)改零件(jian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)序,適用(yong)于新產(chan)品研制和(he)改型。
②加工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)穩定(ding),加工(gong)精度高,重復精度高,適應飛(fei)行器的加工(gong)要求。
③多(duo)品種、小批量生(sheng)產情況下生(sheng)產效率(lv)較高,能減(jian)少生(sheng)產準備、機床調(diao)整和工序檢驗的時間,而且由于使用好的切削量而減(jian)少了切削時間。
④可加工(gong)(gong)常規方法(fa)難(nan)于(yu)加工(gong)(gong)的(de)復雜型面(mian),甚(shen)至能加工(gong)(gong)一些(xie)無法(fa)觀(guan)測(ce)的(de)加工(gong)(gong)部位。
數控(kong)加工的缺點是機床設(she)備費用昂貴(gui),要求維(wei)修(xiu)人員具有較高(gao)水平(ping)。
