加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心常按主軸在空間所處的(de)狀(zhuang)態分為(wei)立式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和(he)臥(wo)(wo)式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)主軸在空間處于垂(chui)直狀(zhuang)態的(de)稱(cheng)為(wei)立式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心,主軸在空間處于水平(ping)狀(zhuang)態的(de)稱(cheng)為(wei)臥(wo)(wo)式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心。主軸可(ke)作垂(chui)直和(he)水平(ping)轉換的(de),稱(cheng)為(wei)立臥(wo)(wo)式加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心或五面加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心,也(ye)稱(cheng)復合加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心。
按加(jia)工中心運動坐標數和同(tong)時控制(zhi)的(de)坐標數分:有三軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)二聯動、三軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)三聯動、四軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)三聯動、五軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)四聯動、六軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)五聯動等。三軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)、四軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)是指加(jia)工中心具(ju)有的(de)運動坐標數,聯動是指控制(zhi)系統可以同(tong)時控制(zhi)運動的(de)坐標數,從(cong)而實(shi)現刀具(ju)相對工件的(de)位置和速度控制(zhi)。
按工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)的數量和功能(neng)分:有單(dan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心、雙工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心,和多工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中心。
cnc五軸加工
按加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)精(jing)度分:有(you)普通(tong)(tong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心(xin)和(he)高精(jing)度加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心(xin)。普通(tong)(tong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心(xin),分辨(bian)率為(wei)(wei)1μm,大進給速度15~25m/min,定(ding)位精(jing)度l0μm左右(you)。高精(jing)度加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中心(xin)、分辨(bian)率為(wei)(wei)0.1μm,大進給速度為(wei)(wei)15~100m/min,定(ding)位精(jing)度為(wei)(wei)2μm左右(you)。介于(yu)2~l0μm之(zhi)間的,以±5μm較多,可稱精(jing)密級。
