加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)常按主(zhu)軸在空(kong)間(jian)所處的狀(zhuang)態分為(wei)(wei)立(li)式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和臥式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)的主(zhu)軸在空(kong)間(jian)處于垂(chui)(chui)直狀(zhuang)態的稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)立(li)式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),主(zhu)軸在空(kong)間(jian)處于水平狀(zhuang)態的稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)臥式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)。主(zhu)軸可作垂(chui)(chui)直和水平轉換的,稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)立(li)臥式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)或五面加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),也稱(cheng)復合加(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)。
按加工中(zhong)心運(yun)動坐(zuo)標數和同(tong)時(shi)控制(zhi)的(de)坐(zuo)標數分(fen):有(you)三(san)(san)(san)軸(zhou)二(er)聯動、三(san)(san)(san)軸(zhou)三(san)(san)(san)聯動、四軸(zhou)三(san)(san)(san)聯動、五軸(zhou)四聯動、六軸(zhou)五聯動等。三(san)(san)(san)軸(zhou)、四軸(zhou)是(shi)指加工中(zhong)心具有(you)的(de)運(yun)動坐(zuo)標數,聯動是(shi)指控制(zhi)系統可以同(tong)時(shi)控制(zhi)運(yun)動的(de)坐(zuo)標數,從而實(shi)現刀具相對工件的(de)位置(zhi)和速(su)度控制(zhi)。
按工作臺的數量(liang)和功(gong)能分:有單工作臺加工中(zhong)(zhong)心、雙工作臺加工中(zhong)(zhong)心,和多工作臺加工中(zhong)(zhong)心。
按加(jia)(jia)工(gong)精(jing)度分:有普(pu)通加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心和高精(jing)度加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心。普(pu)通加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心,分辨率(lv)為1μm,很(hen)大(da)進給速度15~25m/min,定位精(jing)度l0μm左右(you)。高精(jing)度加(jia)(jia)工(gong)中心、分辨率(lv)為0.1μm,很(hen)大(da)進給速度為15~100m/min,定位精(jing)度為2μm左右(you)。介于(yu)2~l0μm之(zhi)間(jian)的,以±5μm較多(duo),可稱精(jing)密級。
